I have been attending for physiotherapy treatment with Elaine and I would definitely recommend the clinic. I have two knee replacements and have attended the clinic prior to and since my surgery and have found my treatment very beneficial. I have more muscle tone and better movement in my knee through doing the exercises provided by Elaine. Elaine explains everything regarding my treatment and is very professional and helpful and I can't thank her enough.
After damaging my back manoeuvring my suitcase I attended a chiropractor then a physiotherapist but the result - no improvement. I was then recommended to BBPSIC and after only 2 visits, I am completely free of pain and have full movement.
I was experiencing severe back spasms whilst doing the most mundane tasks, the result of which caused me severe discomfort and restricted mobility for several days after the attack. Elaine analysed my situation and examined my spine condition and put me on a course of exercises which have provided me with more mobility in my lower back and so far, touch wood, the back spasms have not reappeared. I will certainly be using Elaine again if the need arises.
